5. Significant grasslands, oak woodlands, wetlands, seasonal wetlands, and a wildlife riparian
Corridor will remain cornerstones of Rocklin's heritage and legacy.

7. The viewshed of Clover Valley and the Sierra Nevada Foothills from the west ridge of Clover
Valley will remain beautiful, mysterious, and intact.
8. Rocklin will remain part of the Sierra Nevada Foothills with the scenic views and wildlife of

9. A major step is taken to curb growing traffic noise, accidents, congestion, air polution,
population growth, and water pollution locally.
10. Over one half or 309+ acres of the valley will be saved from grading, asphalt, and concrete.
